Questions, answered
Which model powers Eblan?
Eblan runs on Claude, Anthropic's frontier AI model. We chose it for its reasoning quality and long context window, which let Eblan review whole changesets with real repo context — and keep false positives low.
Do you store our code?
No. Eblan fetches the diff and surrounding context through the GitHub API, sends it to Claude for analysis, and posts the review back to your PR. We keep only lightweight PR metadata (titles, statuses, timings) to run the service. See our security page for details.
What counts as a "reviewed PR"?
Any pull request where Eblan posts at least one review comment. Re-reviews triggered by new commits on the same PR are free.
Can we self-host Eblan?
Self-hosting is on the roadmap for larger teams. If running Eblan inside your own VPC matters to you, email us — it helps us prioritize.
What happens when the beta ends?
You'll get at least 30 days of notice and your first paid year at 50% off. If you do nothing, your account simply moves to the Hobby plan — nothing breaks.
